As long as the hair extensions are in the same condition as they were shipped out, we accept returns/exchanges for all standard products within 7 days of your receiving the package.

We accept returns or exchange requests that are made within 7 days of receipt of shipment if the following conditions are met: 1) The goods must be in the same condition as they were when shipped out. We will not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or washed)
2) It should not be a customized product.

Yes, you need to arrange your own return wherein the cost to be borne by the returnee.

As soon as we receive the package, the product(s) will undergo a quality check, if the returned products pass the quality check we will process the refund.

The refund will be processed in the original method of payment.

For COD customers we will connect with you to process the refund, and the refund will be transferred through a suitable online payment gateway.
